Our ethos is openness and honesty. We make every effort to provide a full and accurate description of an item’s condition but ultimately this, alongside our interpretation of materials, attribution, age, date, origin and provenance, is our statement of opinion. Viewing and inspection is welcomed before purchase and offers buyers the fullest opportunity to investigate an item thoroughly.
Viewings are welcome and are strictly by appointment only. Please call or email to arrange a viewing.
We can usually arrange delivery with a third party courier on behalf of the buyer. Typical costs are around £80 - £100 within mainland UK for an average-sized chest of drawers and may take up to 14 days, unless an expediated service is required. Costs will be higher for larger items and remote locations. Although we do everything possible to ensure that items arrive safely, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred after items leave our premises.
Collections are welcomed by prior arrangement from our address in Worcestershire.
Full refunds will be provided for all items returned in the same condition as they were sold within 30 days of purchase.
