This is an elegant 19th century Regency painted pine simulated rosewood bow fronted waterfall bookcase from circa 1810. It has a three quarter gallery above three shelves, over two cupboard doors, over one long drawer and raised on tapered, chamfered legs. It is decorated with parcel gilt and bluebell and acanthus motifs, and painted to simulate rosewood. There are brass side carry handles and the doors are finished with a brass ring handle.
