DESCRIPTION
A richly embroidered crewelwork wall hanging or rug, likely dating to the early 20th century. The densely worked design features classic scrolling boteh (paisley) motifs in warm ochres, sage green, ivory, and sky blue, all executed in raised woolwork embroidery on a twill-ground cotton or linen base. A striking and decorative panel, usable as a wall hanging, bed end, or mounted textile artwork. These pieces are often associated with Kashmiri or English Arts & Crafts design traditions, and highly desirable for interior use.

CONDITION
Very good overall. One or two small pulled threads and faint marks to the cotton lining, as shown. Clean and stable.

    DELIVERY

    We can usually arrange delivery with a third party courier on behalf of the buyer. Typical costs are around £80 - £100 within mainland UK for an average-sized chest of drawers and may take up to 14 days, unless an expediated service is required. Costs will be higher for larger items and remote locations. Although we do everything possible to ensure that items arrive safely, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred after items leave our premises.

    REFUNDS & RETURNS

    Full refunds will be provided for all items returned in the same condition as they were sold within 30 days of purchase.
